Along with my business partner, I own a small business that requires a lot of work, passion and dedication. However, I noticed our communication was lacking, and there were increasing personality conflicts, even with my business partner and myself. Despite efforts to create a good work environment, something was not working. I scheduled a corporate training with Lori, having benefited from her gifts on a personal level, I knew she could help my business. She led us through team building and helped us confront difficult trust issues that were impacting the business in a negative way. It was hard. At the end of the day, my team came out of the training stronger and more supportive of each other and the team. We each gained a greater insight about each other, a clearer vision for the business and a determination to make our business the best it could be. Since that training, we have all grown closer as a team and as friends, due to the deeper level of understanding we shared and gained about each other. As a direct result, our business has have grown in ways I could not have imagined. Our staff is growing, our income is growing, and we are managing the growth in a healthy, positive mind set. I know we could not have done this without Lori’s intervention.
